NOMAD Wheels Limited Warranty with Lifetime Structural Coverage

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws in the jurisdiction where the wheel was purchased, NOMAD WHEELS provides this limited warranty to outline the purchaser's rights and establish the terms and conditions for warranty claims.

Lifetime Structural Warranty

NOMAD WHEELS guarantees that our wheels will remain free from structural defects under normal and intended use for the lifetime of the original retail purchaser. Compliance with the NOMAD WHEELS Consumer Guidelines is required to maintain warranty eligibility. Failure to follow these guidelines will void the warranty.

Finish Warranty

  • One-Year Coverage for Chrome and Painted Aluminum Finishes: NOMAD WHEELS warrants that chrome and painted finishes will not peel or separate from the wheel surface for one year from the original retail purchase date.
  • Two-Year Coverage for PVD Finishes:PVD finishes are covered against peeling or separation from the wheel surface for a period of two years from the date of purchase.
  • Polished Aluminum Exclusion: Polished aluminum wheels without a clear coat are prone to oxidation and require consistent maintenance. These finishes are excluded from warranty coverage.
  • 90-Day Coverage for Steel Wheel Finishes: The paint or plating on steel wheels is warranted for 90 days from purchase, excluding any rust or corrosion caused by environmental factors.

      Limitations of Liability

      NOMAD WHEELS shall not be held liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or performance of its products.

      Warranty Exclusions

      The following are not covered under this warranty:

      • Damage resulting from non-compliance with NOMAD WHEELS Consumer Guidelines.
      • Corrosion or damage caused by inadequate maintenance.
      • Structural damage or failure due to accidents, extreme road conditions, or impact.
      • Damage caused by improper vehicle use, including racing or off-road misuse.
      • Use of unapproved accessories, including adapters or spacers, will void the warranty.

      Disclaimer of Other Warranties

      This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty offered by NOMAD WHEELS. It supersedes all other warranties, whether express, implied, written, or oral. Any implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose, are expressly disclaimed.

      How to File a Warranty Claim

      To submit a warranty claim, the original purchaser must return the wheel to the authorized dealer where it was purchased, accompanied by the original sales receipt. The dealer will inspect the wheel and determine if the issue qualifies under warranty.

      If the defect is deemed eligible, the wheel will be repaired or replaced at NOMAD WHEELS' discretion. Please note that this warranty does not cover costs for removal, shipping, installation, or reinstallation.

      Additional Notes

      • This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and becomes void if the product is transferred to another owner.
      • If a returned wheel is deemed ineligible for warranty coverage, it will be returned to the sender at their expense, without repair or replacement.
