NOMAD Wheels Terms and Conditions

At NOMAD WHEELS, we are committed to delivering premium products and exceptional service. These Terms and Conditions outline the responsibilities and expectations of both NOMAD WHEELS and our valued customers, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience.

Fitment Assurance

Ensuring proper wheel fitment is a shared responsibility between customers and dealers. Accurate details about the vehicle, including any modifications, must be provided to ensure compatibility. Key considerations include:

  • Adjustments to ride height
  • Upgrades to brake systems
  • Fender or guard modifications
  • Inner and outer clearance alterations

Please note that certain modifications may be necessary to prevent interference when plus-sizing. It is crucial to test-fit wheels before mounting tires, as wheels that have been installed are not eligible for return.

Shipping & Handling

Important: Due to product size, deliveries must be made to residential or commercial addresses. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days for packing and preparation. Delivery times vary by location, with most shipments arriving within 7-10 business days. Deliveries to major cities may be expedited.

While NOMAD WHEELS strives for prompt and efficient delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen events, such as lost or damaged shipments. We will make every effort to address shipping issues but cannot guarantee the resolution of delays caused by external factors.

  • Incidental Costs: NOMAD WHEELS does not cover expenses related to freight, removal, installation, vehicle downtime, or other incidental damages. For warranty-related concerns, please contact the dealer where the product was purchased. Products found ineligible for warranty claims will be returned at the sender’s expense.
  • Product Representation: While all website images depict actual products, slight variations in color may occur due to lighting or photography settings. NOMAD WHEELS is not responsible for such discrepancies.
